This jig has been created to fit our 80mm heart blanks with space to print up to 20 at a time.  Our heart blanks include a small hole, ideal to tie ribbon or string for hanging and are perfect for making into gifts for many occasions.

Blanks are designed and manufactured by us in the UK, meaning you are able to trust the consistency and quality of supply. The blanks are available in a choice of 3mm frosted white acrylic or 3mm mdf.

Jig Type: Our Pro jigs are pre-loadable for high volume production.

    Jig Compatibility: Designed specifically for the Roland LEF 200 series, but will also fit the LEF 300 series using part of the bed space.  For more information view our Jig Compatibility Guide.

    You will also need:

    1 x “Bed Base & Ruler Guide”: Ensure this has been fitted to your flatbed printer prior to using our jigs.

    WHAT IS ACRYLIC?
    Like-for-like acrylic (also known as perspex) is very similar to the qualities found in glass however it is less than half the weight of glass. Although acrylic will not splinter like glass these items are delicate and should be handled with care.

    WHAT IS 3MM MDF:
    Lightweight Medium Density Fibreboard which when laser cut gives beautiful dark vintage bronze edges. Our MDF blanks are laser cut so may have smoke marks.

      I bought this for my dog, who is old and has creaky joints. My dog prefers to continue resting in uncomfortable places that put my plants in peril. He does not ever recline on this dead sheep and looks at me as though I am the sheep slaughterer. Spouse asked if it came in bigger sizes. Since this is the skin of a dead sheep, it depends on live sheep girth. Anything bigger would likely have to be sewn together from multiple dead sheep. I find the girth of this sheep pelt perfectly acceptable. It is nice and thick and soft and fairly easy to vacuum. I frequently recline on it when stretched out on the floor, and am grateful it does not leave a mess or make noise like my dog, who should be grateful that his pelt is still attached to his body.

There appears to be a chat option but there are no responses. Reading other information, I’ve decided to try a metal comb. So now I’m waiting for that to arrive.
