Property and DispossessionAllan Greer examines the processes by which forms of land tenure emerged and natives were dispossessed from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries in New France (Canada), New Spain (Mexico), and New England. Allan Greer examines the processes by which forms of land tenure emerged and natives were dispossessed from the sixteenth to the eighteenth centuries in New France (Canada), New Spain (Mexico), and New England. By focusing on land, territory, and property, he deploys the concept of 'property formation' to consider the ways in which Europeans and their Euro-American descendants remade New World space as they laid claim to the continent's resources, extended the reach of empire, and established states and jurisdictions for themselves. Challenging long-held, binary assumptions of property as a single entity, which various groups did or did not possess, Greer highlights the diversity of indigenous and Euro-American property systems in the early modern period. The book's geographic scope, comparative dimension, and placement of indigenous people on an equal plane with Europeans makes it unlike any previous study of early colonization and contact in the Americas.Binding Type: Paperback

FMC PMO
Format: Kindle
I just felt like two things
1. The character development wasn’t there the character consistency wasn’t there, especially with the FMC.
2. The FMC would literally make the guys feel bad and keep bringing up that they don’t want her there, but then her whole thing has been. I don’t wanna be here so either you wanna be there or not but if you give off vibes that you don’t wanna be there people are not gonna want you there.

Great read
Format: Kindle
Hahahha omg I love Laurie. Momma don't care if you're an Uber alpha, she'll still middle name you & give you a dressing down hahaha. But really, this was a great read, great pacing for a fast paced book (timeline-wise) & great characters that actually felt individual. Plus I always love psycho puppy alphas haha.

Well, this was a really good read. I really enjoyed it. I liked the characters for the most part. Couldn’t quite connect with Darius. Still a very good read.

A sweet Knotty Novel
Format: Kindle
This is just an sweet omegaverse novel. Very low drama. Each guy had their moments and the spice was like paprika. I would definitely count it as a slowish burn but the tension built. I was hoping for more "dark" but definitely count it as sweet.

interesting OV
Format: Kindle
This is definitely a type of OV story I am familiar with just with some unique components that make it its own story. If you’ve read a lot of OV then this plot will be easy to follow and enjoyable.
